Alpine Folk Art Sleeve
BRIEF: Illustrate a Swiss alpine scene with a traditional feel, to be suitable for a fully lasercut finish.
CLIENT: Newby Teas (Seasonal Tea Selection Box)
METHOD: I digitally illustrated this scene in Adobe Illustrator, piecing together each element individually to create a cohesive mountain scene.
Each piece of the scene had to be 'physically' linked in order to create a workable solid shape that could be lasercut at the printers.
The product was so popular that the following year the illustration was used as a full wrap to a beautiful round box which is still available to buy via the Newby Teas and Selfridges websites.
